Each order is made with care, packaged thoughtfully, and sent to you with love. Quality takes time, so thank you for supporting handcrafted fashion and for your patience while we create something unique just for you.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding transit time).
• Many items are made to order to ensure premium quality.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

• Orders ship via Royal Mail.
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility:

• Please double-check your address before placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
• Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will not receive shipping refunds; re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

• Once an order is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be claimed directly with the carrier.
• For help, contact us at sales@charmingchic.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).

Tracking Information:

• Tracking details are emailed or texted once your order is processed for shipping.
• If not received, please check spam or junk folders.

International Orders:

• Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and customs fees (including VAT).
• Customs delays may extend delivery times and are outside our control.
• Declining customs fees will result in no shipping refund.
