Custom & Lingerie Items:

• All T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and personalized lingerie (custom name panties, thongs) are custom made and final sale.
• Mesh bodysuits and stockings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Incorrect or Damaged Items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Eligible issues may receive a replacement or refund.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer size or style exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. Please check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
